Your Impact:
Our Luxury Seasonal Lifeguards are responsible for delivering the highest quality customer service to all residents and guests through effective communication and extensive knowledge of The Wright Fit services.
 

Responsibilities:

• Perform all responsibilities associated with an American Red Cross lifeguard.
• Assist with maintaining water chemistry as per Department of Health standards.
• Assist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the pool and pool deck.
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
• Provide high level customer service and hospitality to clients.
• Assist clients with any questions about aquatic services.
• Provide support to The Wright Fit aqua specialists to ensure best service experience.
• Attentively and promptly respond to client's needs.
• Assist management in daily tasks and projects associated with the pool.
• Maintain in conduct and actions The Wright Fit aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, culture, vision, purpose and values.
• Compliance with quality assurance expectations and standards that may require you to sit, stand, or walk for extended periods of time, as well as lift and move heavy objects.

What we’re looking for:

• The pool is open 7 days a week. Available shifts are 9:30am-2:15pm and 2:45pm-7:30pm
• Must be a pre-certified lifeguard/CPR certified or willing to pass internal lifeguard/CPR certification.
• Punctual and responsible with strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
• Customer focused, able to manage conflict.
• Excellent time management and able to multitask.
• A positive attitude, team oriented.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion and privacy.

Salary Range: $21.00/Hourly
