Community Events & Services Concierge (CESC) – Jackson Park, LIC New York


This position will work directly under The Wright Fit (TWF) club management, while working closely with Jackson Park, LIC Project Management Office (PMO) and our strategic events partners – Exubrancy, Zo, etc. The CESC will help develop and execute strategically planned monthly monotony breaker events to support and further strengthen our Jackson Park residential community events relations with our resident/members and guests.


Supporting our ability to create community among our clients and partners, this position will be responsible for:

  • Full-cycle resident event/services management for all internal TWF events/services. Including: event planning/supporting, vendor and supplies procurement, set-up/take-down, and scheduling any staffing needs.
  • Working collaboratively with our other event partners, to help manage: resident relations and communications, event logistics, research and development of vendor partnerships, creating marketing collateral and or digital signage, developing content strategy, and building overally messaging and excitement around JP events.
  • Coordinating and booking all TWF specialist service requests – personal training, massage and aquatics.
  • Contract booking, payment/deposit collections, and cross-functional building communication surrounding all Recreational and Entertainment spaces reservation requests.
  • Community engagement and local partner building - assisting residents with event planning recommendations to: caterers, bar services, decor, event/party supplies, and music vendor partners.
  • Serving as Jackson Park Ambassador to provide each resident with an unforgettable event and services experience.
  • Executing quarterly reports of all event logistics and planning, and forecasting events & needs for future events.
  • Assisting TWF Club and Jackson Park Management in its overall direction, operation, and success. The CESC will assist the General Manager and Assistant General Manager in ensuring that the facility meets or exceeds budgetary needs, while providing remarkable leadership in areas of customer service, staff relations, resident participation and member experience.


  • MUST have prior experience in the hotel and resort, spa and fitness, luxury concierge or catering and events planning industries with marketing and or graphic design experience.
  • Must have a passion for elevated customer service. Must be creative, ambitious, friendly, courteous, compassionate and comfortable with people/groups.
  • Must possess a strong 'roll up your sleeves' work ethic and 'whatever it takes' mentality.
  • Attention to detail is a MUST.
  • Polished in verbal and written communications.
  • Strong individual and team contributor.
  • Self-starter mentality.
  • College degree in a related field, preferred.
