Our Fitness Attendants are responsible for delivering the highest quality customer service to all residents and guests through professional greetings and extensive knowledge of The Wright Fit services and fitness and wellness. In addition, they must also proactively meet the needs of residents and accurately answer questions professionally about the fitness center.

Responsibilities include:

  • Provide high level customer service and hospitality to residents
  • Provide floor supervision of the fitness center
  • Assist residents with any questions about the fitness center
  • Provide equipment demonstrations to residents as requested
  • Provide maintenance as needed of fitness equipment and other areas of the fitness center
  • Assist General Manager with coordination of Personal training and other fitness services
  • Attentively and promptly respond to resident needs
  • Assist management in daily tasks and projects
  • Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative
  • Provide support to Wright Fit specialist to ensure a seamless check-in process
  • Work as a cohesive team with all the Wright Fit team members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie
  • Maintain in conduct and actions the Wright Fit aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, culture, vision, purpose and values
  • Assisting in organizing and managing events at the fitness center
  • Lifeguard and maintain pool as needed

Requirements:

  • Luxury hospitality, fitness experience
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, organization skills
  • Highly organized
  • Able to handle a multi-task environment
  • Outgoing, self-directed
  • Passionate about fitness, wellness and living a healthy lifestyle
  • Positive, can-do attitude
  • Attend and pass internal lifeguard certification class

Skill Set:

  • Time management including ability to prioritize tasks
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Professional phone and email etiquette
  • Comfortable with computer software
  • Problem solver
  • Willing to initiate tasks and perform duties without direction
  • Capable of maintaining the highest level of discretion and privacy
