Description

The Lifestyle Director will ensure the amenity team is prepared to deliver the highest level of hospitality to all residents in the health club and spa, as well as facilitate smooth and efficient operations across all departments. This high-visibility leadership role requires the ability to create a culture that engages residents through personalized attention and thoughtful programming while promoting staff accountability for all aspects of performance and service, thereby ensuring an exceptional experience for each resident.


Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Overseeing all health club and spa operations, including the fitness center, pool, wet areas, and all amenity spaces.
  • Coordinating with the property management team to ensure alignment with all building departments.
  • Maintaining the highest level of staff accountability
  • Creating and managing facility staffing schedules
  • Managing and coordinating staff training, education, and development
  • Managing resident relations and daily engagement with residents
  • Handling all resident inquiries, complaints, and suggestions promptly, and providing solutions for any issues related to the amenities.
  • Overseeing all aspects of inventory management
  • Coordinating the purchase and logistics of facility supplies
  • Providing regular reports to property management and TWF corporate as needed
  • Coordinating vendor visits, preventative maintenance, and repairs.
  • Processing hourly and service payroll promptly according to TWF payroll calendars and protocols.
  • Available to work 40-50 hours per week with a flexible schedule based on the needs of the business
  • Training and educating staff and residents about our service offerings

Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree
  • A minimum of two years of Luxury hospitality experience
  • Management experience in fitness, hospitality, or wellness
  • Extensive experience in leadership and staff development
  • Passionate about fitness, wellness, and living a healthy lifestyle

Salary Range: $13OK/Annually
