The Supervisor, in partnership with the General Manager, will help ensure seamless and efficient operational procedures within all departments, enabling the facility to provide the highest level of service.
This high-visibility leadership position requires the capacity to support a culture that engages residents and facilitates staff accountability for all aspects of performance and service, ensuring an extraordinary experience for each resident.

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining the highest level of staff accountability
• Facility staffing schedules
• Staff training and education
• Resident relations; daily resident engagement
•  Resident inquiries, feedback, suggestions, and the coordination of resolutions pertaining to the amenities
• Inventory control and management
• Ordering facility supplies
• Provide daily and monthly reports to TWF corporate as needed
• Vendor liaison
• Support fitness and amenity operations
• This position requires a minimum of 40 hours worked each week (35 actual hours worked + 1 hour per day of paid break time). The Supervisor must be flexible to work based on the needs of the business, which includes early mornings, late evenings, holidays, and weekends.
