The Assistant Manager is responsible for providing strong leadership geared towards hospitality, top level select service provision, and assisting the General Manager with staff development.  This high-visibility leadership position requires the capacity to create a culture that engages residents through on-going residential outreach as well as a culture of staff accountability for all aspects of performance and service, thus ensuring a extraordinary service experience for each resident.

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining the highest level of staff accountability
  • Assisting with Facility staffing schedules
  • Staff education
  • Resident relations; daily resident engagement
  • Resident inquiries, complaints, suggestions and the coordination of resolutions to any issues involving the amenities
  • Liaison to the resident manager and building management company
  • Attendance at building meetings
  • Assisting with Facility supplies purchase coordination and logistics
  • Assisting with Daily, weekly, monthly and annual reports to TWF corporate
  • Vendor communication liaison
  • Assisting with Payroll management
  • Assisting with Staff hiring
  • Over-see all health and fitness operations which can include pool, wet-area, and amenities
  • Maintenance of the pool, sauna, steam rooms and whirlpool
  • Promoting and marketing our services

Requirements:

  • Four-year college degree
  • Luxury hospitality experience
  • Mid-level management experience in fitness, hospitality or wellness
  • Experience in leadership in staff development
  • Outgoing and self-directed
  • Passionate about fitness, wellness and living a healthy lifestyle
