We’re looking for yoga instructors who are passionate about helping students learn improve well-being, addressing the stresses frequent travel places on the body and building their one on one clientele.

Responsibilities Include:

• Provide high level customer service and hospitality to members and guests
• Able to provide client specific yoga instruction to a wide demographic
• Lead expertly guided small group classes of up to 8 students
• Assess clients' soft tissue condition, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion
• Instruct students in a luxury gym setting
• Confer with students about their medical histories and problems with stress or pain to determine what training will be most helpful
• Provide students with guidance and information about techniques for postural improvement and stretching, strengthening, relaxation, and rehabilitative exercises
• Team with additional professionals to insure that our members receive the best possible service
• Provide floor supervision and maintenance of the fitness center and equipment.
• Coordinate Personal training and other fitness services.
• Assist in organizing and managing events at the fitness center.
• Attentively and promptly respond to member and guest needs.
• Assist management in daily tasks and projects.
• Maintain a positive attitude and take initiative.
• Work as a cohesive team with all The Wright Fit team members to ensure efficiency and camaraderie.
• Maintain in conduct and actions The Wright Fit aesthetic, appearance, atmosphere, culture, vision, purpose and values.

What we're looking for:

• Hospitality or Customer Service experience preferred.
• A passion for fitness, health, and wellness.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills.
• Customer focused, able to manage conflict.
• Excellent time management, able to multi-task in a dynamic environment.
• Attention to detail, a self-starter and personally accountable.
• A positive attitude, team oriented.
• Ability to maintain the highest level of discretion and privacy.

Requirements:

• A valid instructor certification
• A valid CPR/AED card
• 2+ years of experience
• Multiple additional certifications/specializations including, but not limited to, mobility, stability, corrective exercise, performance, strength and conditioning, and aerobic capacity.
